Hi, I'm Wendy!

Why I started consulting?

Everyone knows that eating right, exercising, getting enough sleep, and having regular check-ups at the doctor’s office help to prevent future health problems. Why don’t we do that for our financial health?

Financial well-being is often overlooked. Many people either don’t want to manage their money or don’t know where to start. That’s where I can help.

I have always been interested in money and finances. I have forged a path in accounting and finance roles for my entire career. I hold a BBA in business management and earned my MBA with a focus in finance. I have always wanted to run my own business focused on money, by consulting, educating, and challenging the status quo.

As a former, fully-licensed, fiduciary financial advisor and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, I worked with individuals, families, and business owners to help them make more educated decisions about their finances. Using that background, I now consult with individuals through my own business to help bring a fresh perspective to people dealing with financial stress in their lives.

I realized throughout my career that there are inherent biases in the workplace, in our communities, and in our finance and banking systems. I have seen how these biases have adversely affected women, BIPOC, and the LGBTQIA community. I started this business to actively contribute to ending systemic biases in the financial world and making our economy a more fair and equitable place for all of us.

I have witnessed clients, and experienced myself, many of life’s major challenges. I have heard countless stories of life’s ups and downs from individuals all over the country. I assured them - they were not alone.

I decided to use my institutional knowledge, as well as personal experience, to help others who might be dealing with these same situations in their lives. If any of these challenges are keeping you up at night - let’s talk. I’m here to help navigate with you.
