2022: A Year of Financial Fitness

Updated: Jan 26, 2023

Happy New Year!! I truly hope you had a wonderful holiday break and are rejuvenated as we begin 2022!

We all spend time reflecting on the year that has gone and proactively making goals, or resolutions, for the year that lies ahead. When we think of ‘resolutions,’ we often think of fad diets and exercise regimes we have every intention of keeping all year long, only to fall off track by February. We have high hopes that these well laid plans will improve our health and wellness. Yet, very few ever work out that way.

But, how many of us make a resolution to improve our financial fitness? Have you considered how money makes you feel - physically, emotionally, or mentally? Do you worry incessantly about money? Do constant concerns or fears about money keep you up at night?

Worry stems from fear of the unknown. If we face those unknowns together, we can uncover our money truths and make plans to break old habits that are not serving us well.

Each year seems to go by faster than the last, so let’s make the most of the time we have this year and spend it together discovering our money mindset, creating healthy new money habits, and achieving the money goals we have for ourselves. Let’s get intentional about what we want to accomplish.

This year, I will be guiding you through a theme each quarter that will hopefully spark ideas and spur momentum towards improving your financial health and well-being. Nothing happens overnight, but small changes can add up if we work together all year long.

Let’s take a journey together this year - as a team - and hold each other accountable. Let’s learn and plan and DO, together! After all - a goal without a plan is just a wish.

I look forward to seeing what’s in store for you and sharing your wins along the way!

- Wendy
